Payment

We accept Bank Deposit (preferred method), Paypal and Money Orders from Australian buyers.
Unfortunately we do NOT accept Personal or Bank Cheques from overseas buyers, and only PAYPAL is accepted.

Payment is to be made within 7 days of purchasing item.

Return Policy

With Children’s Art On Canvas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If any product does not meet your expectations, simply return it and we will provide you with a refund or exchange. Provided the following conditions are met:

1. The product has not been damaged as a result of customer misuse or neglect.
2. The product is returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
     Absolutely no return packages will be accepted after this time period.
     We will not assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages if insurance is not purchased.
3. Shipping costs for returns are not refundable.
